Product Description

YG6: hardness & ge;89, higher wear resistance, but lower than YG3, better impact and vibration resistance than YG3X, suitable for semi-finishing and finishing of cast iron non-ferrous metal and alloy non-metallic materials with medium cutting speed;

 

YG6X: hardness & ge;91, is a fine grain tungsten carbide alloy, its wear resistance is higher than YG6 alloy, the use of intensity is close to YG6 alloy, suitable for processing hard alloy cast iron and heat resistant alloy steel, also suitable for the fine processing of ordinary cast iron;

 

YG8: hardness & ge;89.5, high intensity, better impact and shock resistance than YG6, but lower abrasion resistance and permitted cutting speed, suitable for low-speed rough machining of cast iron, non-ferrous metal, alloy and non-metallic materials;

 

YT5: hardness ≥89.5, good strength, impact resistance and shock resistance in tungsto-cobalt-titanium alloy, but poor wear resistance, suitable for roughing, roughing and semi-finishing planing of carbon steel and alloy steel (including steel forgings, stamping parts and cast iron skins) during intermittent cutting;

 

YT14, hardness & ge;90.5, high intensity, good impact and shock resistance, second only to YT5 alloy, but better wear resistance than YT5, suitable for carbon steel and alloy steel continuous cutting of the rough car, rough milling, interrupted cutting of the semi-precision car and fine car;

 

YT15: hardness & ge;91, better wear resistance than YT5 alloy, but worse impact toughness than YT5 alloy.Suitable for steel, cast steel, alloy steel chip section semi-finishing or small chip surface finishing;

 

YW1: hardness & ge;91.5, red hardness is good, can withstand a certain impact load, is a good universal alloy.Suitable for heat resistant steel, high manganese steel, stainless steel and other difficult to process steel processing, also suitable for common steel and cast iron processing;

 

YW2: hardness & ge;90.5, the wear resistance is second only to YW1, but its use intensity is high, can withstand a large impact load.Suitable for heat resistant steel, high manganese steel, stainless steel and high alloy steel rough processing, semi-finishing, also suitable for ordinary steel and cast iron;

 

YT30: wear resistance and permitted cutting speed are higher than YT15, but the use strength and impact toughness are poor.It is suitable for fine machining of carbon steel and alloy steel, such as fine turning, fine boring and fine expanding of small section.

 

YW2A: good red hardness, high use strength, can withstand a large impact load, is a good universal alloy, suitable for heat resistant steel, high manganese steel, stainless steel and high alloy steel and other difficult to process steel rough processing, semi-finishing processing, also suitable for cast iron
